AIMIA ANNOUNCES TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Toronto, November 6, 2026 – Aimia Inc. (TSX: AIM; JSE: AII; AIM: AII) announces today that, in accordance with the terms of its normal course issuer bid ("NCIB"), a form of share buyback programme on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX"), announced on 4 June 2026, it has purchased and cancelled 20,400 common shares of no par value (“Common Shares”).
All trades were undertaken through TD SECURITIES INC. and are for the period from 30 October – 5 November 2026.
