Result of AGM and Confirmation of Board changes

Mulberry, the modern British lifestyle brand, announces that at its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held today, 9 September 2026, all resolutions proposed to Mulberry shareholders were duly passed. The Board notes that resolution 5 in the notice of AGM was withdrawn and not proposed.

Further to its announcements on 7 July 2026 and 13 August 2026 and with effect from the conclusion of the AGM, Sara Dickinson and Kenny Wilson have been appointed to the Mulberry Board as Independent Non-Executive Directors. Steven Grapstein and Christophe Cornu have resigned from the Mulberry Board.
