Confirmation of Director Changes
Further to the announcement on 1 July, Ed Haycock has today been appointed to the Board as Group Finance Director.
As previously announced, Richard Hickinbotham stood down from the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 31 August 2026, having served for nine years. Julie Armstrong has replaced Richard as Remuneration Committee Chair
