Babcock International Group ('the Company' or 'Babcock') (LSE: BAB, LEI: 213800TSKOLX4EU6L377) announces that the following transferable securities have been admitted to trading on 14 July 2026 on the London Stock Exchange's main market:

The Company's £250,000,000 5.125 per cent Notes due 2031 (ISIN: XS3437585022) issued under the £3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the 'Notes').
