In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Prospectus Regime Manual Rule 1.6.4R, Aviva plc (the Company) announces that between 1 June 2026 and 30 June 2026 it has issued and allotted 26,740 ordinary shares of 32 17/19 pence each (ISIN: GB00BPQY8M80) in connection with various Company employee share schemes, as detailed below.

The shares were previously admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange Main Market under a block admission to trading.

The shares rank equally and are fully fungible with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

26,740 shares issued on 5 June 2026 - Global Matching Share Plan
