Hercules revealed on Friday that chief executive Brusk Korkmaz had acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed infrastructure and construction services group.

Korkmaz, who snapped up the shares in two separate transactions, purchased the shares at an average price of 39.75p each, for a total price of £39,750.
Following the transaction, Korkmaz holds a beneficial interest in 18.27m ordinary Hercules shares, representing approximately 23.68% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1540 BST, Hercules shares were up 3.95% at 40.02p.
