Director dealings: Convatec CEO snaps up shares.


Convatec revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Jonny Mason had acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed medical products and technologies firm.

Mason, who took over as CEO of Convatec in November 2025, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 201.17p each, for a total value of £100,584.50.

As of 1415 BST, Convatec shares were up 0.19% at 517.20p.
