The AIM-traded clinical-stage drug delivery company said its US-based manufacturing partner, ProMed Pharma, had produced the batch in line with current Good Manufacturing Practice standards.
It said the product would now undergo sterilisation and release testing before being made available for use in the trial.
Crism added that it was continuing to work with its contract research organisation, Aixial, and the initial trial site to complete the remaining activation steps required to begin dosing patients.
While the company said progress towards the start of the trial was advancing at pace, it noted that the precise timing of first patient dosing remained uncertain and had thus extended its guidance to the first half of 2026.
Crism said it remained focussed on initiating the study as soon as possible and would provide further updates once the trial begins.
At 1150 GMT, shares in Crism Therapeutics Corporation were down 5.88% at 12p.
