Director dealings: ASOS deputy chairman raises stake.


Asos revealed on Tuesday that deputy chair William Barker had acquired 93,878 ordinary shares in the London-listed clothing retailer.

Barker, who made the purchase via his interest in Camelot Capital Partners, purchased the shares in three seperate transactions at average prices ranging from 285.40p to 300.08p, for a total value of £270,659.64.

Following the transaction, Camelot Capital Partners, of holds 18.69m ordinary Asos shares.

As of 1535 GMT, Asos shares were up 2.94% at 294.40p.
